CSF Proteins is a global leader in rendering poultry, red meat, and fish by-products into high-performance feed ingredients and renewable fuels. Their products play a vital role in supporting the health and productivity of farmed animals, fish, pets, and contribute to the development of sustainable energy through biofuels.
At the company’s Laverton facility, Transformer 4 had reached the end of its service life and required replacement to maintain supply reliability and operational continuity. SEDAC was engaged to deliver a complete turnkey solution, beginning with comprehensive engineering studies to design the new transformer installation.
All associated civil works, including the construction of new footings and underground cable reticulation, were carried out by SEDAC. To avoid any disruption to CSF Proteins’ operations, cable installation and terminations were strategically scheduled and completed outside of regular operating hours.
